Teachers Don’t Need to Work Harder—They Need Better Tools

Is your classroom overwhelmed by disruptive behavior? Biting, hitting, tantrums, and defiance are a one-way ticket to burnt-out educators, frustrated parents, and increased staff turnover.

The problem isn’t that your teachers aren’t trying. It’s that they haven’t been given the right tools to manage challenging behaviors effectively.

Behavior skills training will give your teachers clear, practical strategies to prevent behavioral problems before they start. Let’s turn that chaos into calm and create supportive learning environments for every student.

What is Behavior Skills Training (BST)?

Behavior Skills Training is an evidence-based method that helps teachers reduce disruptions, increase cooperation, and build a more structured classroom environment.

Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), we teach educators proven techniques to:

  • Prevent disruptive behaviors before they escalate.

  • Reinforce positive behaviors that keep classrooms engaged.

  • Create structured routines that reduce stress for both teachers and students.

  • Boost teacher confidence in managing behavioral challenges. You’re ready for real change—without the fluff.

Who Needs Behavior Skills Training?

If you’re tired of putting out fires and want a structured, repeatable system for behavior management, BST is the solution. BST is designed for educators, daycare directors, and school administrators who are:

  • Struggling with teacher burnout and staff turnover.

  • Dealing with classroom disruptions that impact learning.

  • Hearing complaints from frustrated parents about behavior issues.

  • Looking for science-backed strategies that teachers can actually use.

“It Was a Complete

360 Flip—Sarah

Transformed

Our Classroom”

"Before Sarah’s training, we were on the verge of losing a student due to severe behavioral issues. After implementing her strategies, that same student is now thriving—engaged, learning, and part of the classroom community. The difference has been night and day.”

-Lauren Beck, Preschool Teacher

Hi, I’m Sarah Welsh, a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst

I’ve spent my entire career helping people break free from frustrating behavior patterns—but my love for behavior change started long before that. As the oldest of 12 siblings, I grew up in a whirlwind of routines, structure, and more than a few tantrums. Understanding what makes people tick became second nature, so it was no surprise when I pursued a career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Child and Youth Studies and went on to receive a master’s degree in Education with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis from The Ohio State University. For over a decade, I’ve worked with educators, schools, and families to turn chaos into calm using science-backed, real-world strategies.

Now, as a parent myself, I know firsthand how overwhelming behavior challenges can feel. The good news? You don’t have to figure it out alone—we’re in this together.

“I attribute almost all of [the child's] ability to excel to Sarah.”

“She had an assessment and saw what was leading to these behaviors, and she hit the nail on the head. Sarah sat with [the child] and helped her to think backward to retrain the child's mind to be able to think instead of just acting on her emotions right away. It was a really, really cool thing to watch and learn from.”
