Behavior Change Coaching

We work together to assess your daily living habits/behaviors and determine areas that would benefit from change. I will then create a customized goal and timeline for you with strategies specific to your skills, lifestyle, and preference using evidence-based strategies.

This will look different for all clients, but some examples of areas in need of change include:

Daily Routines - morning and evening productivity/ability to remain on task and focused.

Phone Usage - decrease the mindless scrolling/excessive recreational use of social media to create opportunities for in-person connection and growth.

Daily Movement - intentionally moving and getting exercise into your day.

Emotional Regulation/Coping skills - self-reflection/ monitoring of reactions to high-stress environments or individuals and the creation of appropriate replacement behaviors

Our initial meeting will consist of a Functional Behavior Assessment and discussion around your values. This will allow us to determine which behaviors should first be targeted to offer you the most significant change with the least amount of effort.

This service is available in-office or via telehealth services.

Initial Meeting: $ 250/90 Minutes

1:1 Coaching: $100/Hour

Who do I work with?

The clients who have had the most success with my approach are men and women who have high stress lives and a sophisticated understanding of what they should be doing, but are unable to do it. These clients have complicated, busy careers and families, beyond the normal hustle-and-bustle of everyday life so many of us experience.

Catalyst Behavior Project has worked to develop a system that caters to these individuals and help them to understand how small changes to their environments, routines, and daily habits create drastic shifts in the way their life feels to them and their families.
