Changing Everyday Habits
We work together to assess your daily living habits/behaviors and determine areas that would benefit from change. I will then create a customized goal and timeline for you with strategies specific to your skills, lifestyle, and preference using evidence-based strategies.
Habits might include:
Routine Change
Phone Usage
Water Intake
Daily Movement
Snacking Frequency
Any behavior you’re interested in changing.
Our initial meeting will consist of a Functional Behavior Assessment. This will allow me to determine which behaviors should first be targeted to offer you the most significant change with the least amount of effort.
Initial Meeting: $ 200/90 Minutes
1:1 Coaching: $100/Hour
